The Unseen Hours is student organization that was founded at Michigan State University that exists to provide a platform for individuals to share personal stories of struggle, growth, healing, and recovery. We aim to create a supportive community where people can find resources, connect with others, and access mental health tools during their most challenging moments.

By participating in our community, you agree to:

• Uphold our mission of support and understanding
• Respect all community guidelines and standards
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all users
• Use our services in good faith and for their intended purpose

You may submit stories, comments, forum posts, or other content to our platform. All user contributions must meet our community standards. You agree that your submissions:

• Are truthful and authentic to the best of your knowledge
• Do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Are not defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal
• Do not contain personal information of others without consent
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all community members
• Do not promote self-harm or provide harmful advice
• Follow our crisis intervention protocols when appropriate

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
